Who We Are

evru is a UK-based online retailer selling smart gadgets and home tools through our website at evru.co.uk. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. If you need to get in touch regarding your data, you can reach us by email at hello@evru.co.uk and we will respond within 24 hours.

Placing an Order

When you browse our website and add products to your basket, you are not yet entering into a contract with us. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email following successful payment. By placing an order on evru.co.uk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide during checkout — including your name, delivery address and payment details — is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on evru.co.uk are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. evru does not store your card details at any point — payment processing is handled entirely by our certified payment partners, Stripe and PayPal.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2 to 4 working days via Royal Mail or our nominated courier. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm on a working day, subject to an additional delivery charge. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or peak periods. Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified at checkout. evru is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your evru purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without needing to give a reason. As a goodwill gesture, evru extends this to a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@evru.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund, including any postage costs incurred. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. Under this Act, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will treat it as a manufacturing defect unless we can demonstrate otherwise.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@evru.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs where possible.
